Default Signet of Sorrow?

Where the hell do you get it?
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Signet_of_Sorrow

Also, more questions to come!

EDIT: Okay, so I have a necromancer, it was intended to be a minion master but jeebus, they are a pain to maintain already! So, I'm thinking of making her a cursemancer or something similar to that... what would be a fun build to go for? I love dealing damage so I was thinking of using Blood Magic (12), Curses (12) and Soul Reaping (8), would this work out okay if I could choose the right skills? I'd probably use a Mesmer as my secondary profession for additional spells that would hex the enemy or give my party an advantage against a single foe. Also, I'm in Nightfalls.

Hope this is the right forum... starting to think it's not now that I edited in that last question >.>;;

The skill guy in the Command Post area has this I think.

If you intend on running a degen build you need something along these lines..

16 Curses
12 Illusion
8 Soul Reaping

No problem, don't mean to seem like a jerk, but any non elite you get at skill trainers...

Quote:
The Guild Hall skill trainer is a skill trainer for all non-elite Core skills you have currently unlocked on your account, allowing your PvE character to learn skills which you have unlocked with Balthazar Faction or other PvE characters. You may also buy a Signet of Capture, letting you capture skills before you have done Malaquire's Test or encountered skill trainers with it. The skill trainer does not allow you to unlock new skills, it only makes it possible to buy unlocked skills.
I SO wish that was true, rather than hardly true. Skill trainers in the Guild Hall not only don't teach every skill you've unlocked, but they also teach NOTHING from Factions or Nightfall, they're just decoration and a place to buy cap sigs.

It only lets you buy CORE skills that you have unlocked before, not Proph. Factions or NF skills

I thought that I was referencing skills that were unlocked and core, but I suppose they may have been prophy only.

Someone could always edit it to be correct or put side-notes under it so that nobody gets confused.

I also edited the Signet of Sorrow page to display where you can get the skill, could someone check it over for me to ensure that I did everything correctly? It was my first time editing a wiki page XD -proud-

Signet of sorrow seems like you could very easily spam it in an area with foes that leave corpses o_o

Minions are a pain to maintain? Unless you're running a jagged bones/death nova build, MM is one of the most autopilot builds in the game... :/
